| Preparation | There are few reports on the synthesis of 5-methyl -6, 7-dihydro-5H-cyclopyrazine, and there are three main ways of synthesis : benzene is used as solvent and oxygen is used as oxidant to synthesize the target product at low temperature; Manganese dioxide replaces oxygen as oxidant and reacts at room temperature; A method for reacting amino acids under high temperature and high pressure to synthesize target products. In this paper, methyl cyclopentenolone and ethylenediamine were used as raw materials, anhydrous ethanol instead of benzene as solvent, and manganese dioxide was used for oxidative dehydrogenation to synthesize 5-methyl -6, 7-dihydro-5H-cyclopentanopyrazine. |
